Q. Films On Demand video will not play


If you attempt to play a video from Films On Demand and the video stops seconds after launching or you see a lock with the letters DRM appearing anywhere on your screen, please read instructions below for accessing.


Due to producer and partner licensing restrictions, the following producers listed below require digital rights management to further protect the content.

  • BBC
  • HBO
Films On Demand content from the producers above need to be viewed on the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 11+ (Windows 8.1+)
