Q. My emailed link is not working

If you emailed yourself a link to an article from inside any of the databases on the JSCC Libraries website, be advised you must be logged into the library in order for the link to work properly if you are off campus or on the student wi-fi.

If you are going to access an emailed link, be sure to go to the library home page and use the Login link on the upper right.  Login with your MyJSCC username as the library username and library password.

Once logged in, you will be taken directly back to the library home page [there is no welcome message].

Access your email and click on the link you have sent yourself; it should open to the article.
